Reagan Borgman

Reagan Borgman is a dynamic executive leader with a strong background in program development, organizational growth, and fiscal management. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Reagan has spent years building high-performing teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives in behavioral health and wellness. Reagan has joined the leadership team for BasePoint serving the new Executive Director for the BasePoint Frisco clinic. Reagan previously served in previous leadership positions with experience in service expansion, developing training programs and optimizing resources to support client success. Reagan’s leadership style aligns with BasePoint’s focus on servant leadership, with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and transparent communication, ensuring teams are motivated and organizations are positioned for long-term success. When not leading organizational initiatives, Reagan enjoys volunteering, traveling, outdoor activities, and attending sporting events.
Joshua Wang

Dr. Wang, MD is a double board-certified psychiatrist for general as well as child & adolescent psychiatry. He received his medical degree from Wuhan University School of Medicine in Wuhan, China, and his Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Peking Union Medical College and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in Beijing, China. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Wang is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry. Before joining BasePoint, Dr. Wang worked as an attending psychiatrist in Dallas for more than a decade caring for a complex population of psychiatric patients with a broad spectrum of age and psychiatric disorders in different settings including in-patient unit, PHP/IOP, and outpatient clinics. Dr. Wang dedicates himself not only to providing individualized psychotropic medication management for certain individuals with unique psychosocial conditions, but also to promoting a more comprehensive approach to support his patients and their families in making real changes to improve the quality of their life with a strong belief that everyone deserves a good life with happiness, dignity and integrity. Outside of his work, Dr. Wang serves his local church and community as a local church leader, Sunday school teacher, and community volunteer etc. Dr. Wang lives a happy life with his wife and two adult children, loves cooking, reading, running, playing tennis, and traveling as well.
Katie Slusher

Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, serving as Primary Therapist at BasePoint. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling & Development from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Texas A&M University. Katie brings extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults through individual and group therapy in both outpatient and intensive clinical settings. Her therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered techniques. She is also trained in perinatal mental health and suicide prevention using the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS). Katie is passionate about creating safe, compassionate spaces where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.
Bryan Gray

Bryan is a lead therapist at BasePoint with expertise in adolescent and adult therapy, psycho-education, and case management. He holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Bryan specializes in CBT and DBT, working closely with teens and young adults to help them develop emotional regulation skills, build resilience, and navigate mental health challenges. He has extensive experience in developing and leading psychoeducational & therapeutic groups, focusing on trauma, substance use, and biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and QPR -trained in suicidal ideation intervention. Bryan is passionate about advancing mental health care for diverse populations and is committed to helping adolescents and young adults overcome challenges through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Bryan also provides clinical support for BasePoint Texas, a virtual PHP/IOP program bringing treatment to all corners of Texas.

Paris Hood

Paris is a primary therapist for the Frisco Clinic. Her focus is to support and empower adolescents, foster resilience, strengthen emotional regulation. She holds a Master ‘s of Social Work and B.S. in Psychology from Tarleton State University. Paris has extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and case management. Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, she brings a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to treatment. Her clinical work focuses on supporting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Paris is deeply committed to creating safe, compassionate spaces where adolescent can heal, grow, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and possibility.
Kaylie Davis Loose

Kaylie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor Primary Therapist at BasePoint Frisco. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Kaylie brings a client-centered approach to therapy, specializing in work with adolescents and families. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also emphasizing family education and support. Her professional experience includes group therapy, crisis counseling, behavioral interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration within both outpatient and intensive care settings. Kaylie is passionate about fostering emotional resilience and creating an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages growth and healing.
Manal Malshy

Manal has a Master’s in Human Development and Counseling from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Texas. With extensive experience in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment settings, Manal provides individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents and adults with complex mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques, emphasizing compassion, cultural competence, and collaborative care. She is trained in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and trauma-informed treatment. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hebrew, Manal brings a multicultural lens and deep empathy to her clinical practice, helping clients build resilience, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of hope.

Kathryn has experience in clinical case management, treatment coordination, and behavioral rehabilitation, working closely with individuals who have experienced trauma, foster care transitions, and crisis situations. She is skilled in assessment, psychosocial interventions, and evidence-based treatment planning, ensuring that young individuals receive personalized care tailored to their emotional and psychological needs. With a strong foundation in leadership and mentorship, Kathryn has trained MSW interns, led case management teams, and implemented therapeutic strategies to support long-term well-being. She holds multiple certifications, including Psychological First Aid, ACES Certification, SOAR Trauma-Informed Care, and Telehealth Training, allowing her to provide comprehensive, adaptable support across diverse populations. She has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Amberton University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Mycah has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in both outpatient and private-practice settings, working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, and relationship issues. Her approach is grounded in narrative and culturally responsive practices, with a particular focus on empowering BIPOC individuals and supporting family communication and connection. Mycah brings a warm, collaborative presence to her work and is committed to helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.
