Manal has a Master’s in Human Development and Counseling from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Texas.
With extensive experience in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment settings, Manal provides individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents and adults with complex mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques, emphasizing compassion, cultural competence, and collaborative care. She is trained in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and trauma-informed treatment.
Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hebrew, Manal brings a multicultural lens and deep empathy to her clinical practice, helping clients build resilience, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of hope.
