Jordan Anselma
Jordan Anselma, LPC, serves as the Regional Director of Operations for BasePoint. With extensive experience across the behavioral health continuum—including PHP, IOP, outpatient, and community-based support—she is passionate about providing quality care to adolescents and young adults. Her clinical expertise includes suicide prevention, crisis intervention, substance use, psychosis, self-injurious behavior, and trauma. Before entering the mental health field, Jordan spent over 13 years in customer service, specializing in employee training, mentorship, and leadership. Jordan earned her Master of Science in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Walden University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, tackling home improvement projects, and reading.
Hope Windsor
Hope Windsor, LCSW, serves as the Executive Director at BasePoint Forney. With over four years of experience in behavioral health, Hope has worked in various higher levels of care, including inpatient and PHP/IOP settings. Her journey began in September 2020 as a Social Worker at an inpatient hospital, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. As a leader, Hope is committed to creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff, focusing on collaboration and intentional efforts to ensure the best outcomes for the community. Hope earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas Arlington, specializing in Mental Health and Substance Misuse. When she’s not working, Hope loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking through her neighborhood, enjoying a meal on a patio, or exploring new places.
Vanessa Pike
Vanessa Pike serves as the Executive Director at BasePoint McKinney, bringing extensive experience across a wide range of behavioral health settings. Throughout her career, she has served as both a clinician and a leader in long term residential programs, acute inpatient facilities, forensic psychiatric care, PHP/IOP, and substance rehabilitation— supporting both adolescents and adults on their paths to recovery and growth. With a background in social work and trauma-informed care, Vanessa is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence based support to individuals and their families. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Mississippi and has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and outdoor activities.
Reagan Borgman
Reagan Borgman is a dynamic executive leader with a strong background in program development, organizational growth, and fiscal management. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Reagan has spent years building high-performing teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives in behavioral health and wellness. Reagan has joined the leadership team for BasePoint serving the new Executive Director for the BasePoint Frisco clinic. Reagan previously served in previous leadership positions with experience in service expansion, developing training programs and optimizing resources to support client success. Reagan’s leadership style aligns with BasePoint’s focus on servant leadership, with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and transparent communication, ensuring teams are motivated and organizations are positioned for long-term success. When not leading organizational initiatives, Reagan enjoys volunteering, traveling, outdoor activities, and attending sporting events.
Bobby Bridges
Bobby Bridges is an accomplished Facility Director with over 25 years of experience in managing large-scale facilities and operations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing multi-functional teams, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of various facilities, including corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and government facilities. A key aspect of Bobby’s expertise lies in fleet management, where he has effectively overseen the procurement, maintenance, and optimization of vehicle fleets. His proactive approach to facility management includes implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as rigorous safety protocols to minimize risk and downtime.
Corinne Kou
Corinne is a mental health professional with extensive experience in adolescent treatment, family support, and clinical training. With a Master of Social Work from Baylor University, she specializes in trauma-informed care, behavioral health interventions, and treatment planning to ensure comprehensive support for teens and their families. Throughout her career at BasePoint, Corinne has held key leadership roles, including Clinical Assessor, Admissions Clinical Team Lead, Admissions Clinical Manager, and Admissions & Discharge Clinical Manager. In these roles, she has played a vital part in streamlining admissions, discharge planning, and clinical operations, ensuring a seamless transition for clients into and out of care. Corinne is passionate about bridging the gap between admissions, treatment, and discharge, providing families with guidance and resources for long-term success.
Trinda Marquis
Trinda brings more than a decade of strategic human resources and people operations leadership to her role, with a proven track record of building HR infrastructures from the ground up and driving organizational growth. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy Studies from Ithaca College. She is also SHRM-CP, PHR, and PROSCI Change Management certified. Trinda’s career spans diverse sectors including healthcare, government, and telehealth startups. She has led large-scale HR teams, developed multi-year people strategy roadmaps, implemented comprehensive compensation programs, ensured federal and state compliance, and launched high-impact employee engagement initiatives. Her expertise includes talent acquisition, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, regulatory compliance, and performance management. From overseeing HR for a 75-bed behavioral health facility with 300+ staff to spearheading people operations at a fast-growing telehealth organization, Trinda is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures that empower teams to thrive.
Kiala Albright
Kiala Albright brings more than 15 years of experience in education and counseling to her role as Director of Academic and Vocational Services at BasePoint. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and her Master of Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and she is a Certified School Counselor (EC-12). Throughout her career, Kiala has served as an elementary teacher, elementary counselor, and secondary counselor, most recently as Counselor and Student Support Coordinator for Rockwall ISD. In this role, she specialized in bridging the gap between public schools and area mental health providers, creating systems to support students’ academic and emotional needs while collaborating with families, principals, and community partners. Passionate about helping adolescents and young adults overcome barriers to success, Kiala has developed programming in academic planning, career readiness, resilience training, and social-emotional wellness. She is committed to equipping students with the tools they need not only to thrive in the classroom but also to prepare for their future careers and personal growth. At BasePoint, Kiala leads vocational and academic initiatives that give teens and young adults the opportunity to reconnect with their strengths, pursue educational goals, and build meaningful pathways toward independence. Katey Gorsage
Katey Gorsage is the Director of Client and Community Experience at BasePoint, specializing in strategic growth, outreach training, and provider partnerships to expand mental health care access for teens and young adults in Texas. Since joining BasePoint in 2021, Katey has built strong relationships across the Dallas Metroplex, introducing outpatient mental health treatment services and supporting providers in connecting clients to quality care. She leads outreach team training, develops strategic partnerships, and works to improve access to behavioral health services. Katey holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Henderson State University. Wanekia Clark
Wanekia Clark, RN serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at BasePoint, bringing over 16 years of nursing and medical leadership experience across hospital settings, outpatient behavioral health programs (PHP/IOP), and home health care. In her role, Wanekia partners closely with medical and nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, consistent care across programs. She plays a key role in supporting clinical teams, strengthening care delivery processes, and contributing to the continued growth and success of nursing operations throughout the organization.
