When Ady first started, she was very skeptical and didn’t want to be there. We honestly weren’t sure how things would go. But by her last day, everything had changed. She was actually sad to leave and even asked us for money so she could buy the staff little gifts to thank them for everything they had done for her. That alone speaks volumes about the care and kindness she received.

She made wonderful friends, created great memories, and most importantly, she left in a much better place than when she arrived. The staff truly made her feel supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way. As parents, seeing that transformation means more than words can express.

We know the journey doesn’t end here, but BasePoint gave her the tools, encouragement, and confidence to take the next step. We will always be grateful for everything they did for our daughter. Inside the facility is always very clean, bright, and welcoming. Staff always greets you went you come in. My child was so happy to come back everyday and really felt safe and cared for. My child made great progress at Base Point. The care team was with us from intake to discharge. We highly recommend if your family is in need then this is the place to come!
