Jordan is the Executive Director for BasePoint Academy in Arlington. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Jordan has years of experience working throughout the behavioral health continuum from PHP, IOP, outpatient, and community-based support. The majority of her career has been at UHS, a nationally recognized behavioral health organization.
Jordan’s clinical expertise includes suicide prevention, crisis intervention, substance abuse, psychosis, self-injurious behavior, trauma, and many other presenting concerns. Prior to working in the mental health field, she spent over 13 years in the customer service industry in employee training, mentorship, creative problem solving, and leadership.
Jordan received a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Marriage, Couples and Family Counseling from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of North Texas in Denton. Jordan prides herself on being a lifelong learner who actively seeks additional training opportunities to enhance her clinical skills.
Jordan is dedicated, personable and knowledgeable. She is known for her commitment to serving others, supportive leadership, positive attitude, and calming nature.
Growing up in the neighboring city of Grand Prairie, Jordan is very familiar with Arlington and the surrounding areas. She is excited to bring the unparalleled quality-of-care BasePoint provides to this area.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family, completing home improvement projects, music, writing, reading and serving the community.
