Roy is a proven industry leader with over 35 years’ experience in Healthcare services in both Behavioral Health and Home Health managing and overseeing the annual revenue generation in excess of $250M & the treatment of 15,000+ patients daily.  Roy’s leadership includes Behavioral Health Facility-Based and Free-Standing Home Health Agencies; Executive Leadership & Management; Mergers & Acquisitions; Executive Sales Management; Turn-around Management and Compliance & Regulatory issues. Roy has had three successful healthcare ventures in the Healthcare Services space at Jordan Health Services, a comprehensive Home Health provider as CEO & Partner and at Lakeview Health, a Nationally recognized Addiction treatment group of programs as President & CEO.  In addition, Roy was an independent Board member of Castlewood, an eating disorder organization. Roy’s leadership and passion for the Vision and Mission has been instrumental in the growth of BasePoint and in its future footprint.

Blake Serpa

Blake Serpa, Founder and CEO of BasePoint Health Management, applies innovative and progressive thinking to the changing landscape of behavioral healthcare. Blake brings over a decade of experience building strong teams scaling business development and marketing teams and partnering with commercial payors to improve access to behavioral health to patients and families. He has transformed BasePoint from a single mom and pop location to a multi-site behavioral health platform leading the cause in outpatient behavioral healthcare. Blake previously served as VP of Outreach and Admissions at Sabino Recovery and as National Director of Sales and Training at Lakeview Health where he achieved unprecedented growth in outpatient and inpatient service lines. Blake is a visionary with a wealth of industry knowledge and a true passion for improving access to quality behavioral healthcare.

Shara McClure

Shara McClure is President of McClure Health Solutions, where she drives the transformation of healthcare delivery and improves patient experiences. With over 17 years of experience in managed care, health policy, and value-based care, Shara has held senior leadership roles, including Divisional Senior Vice President of Texas Health Care Delivery at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. She has led the development of healthcare provider networks serving millions of members. Beyond her professional work, she actively contributes to the community, serving on various boards, including the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. 

Andrew May

Andrew May is Vice Chairman at Truxton Trust, a prominent private bank and wealth management firm. With over 30 years of experience in finance, Andrew has held leadership roles including Managing Director at Jefferies and Partner at J.C. Bradford & Company. His expertise in equity research and financial management has been instrumental in guiding Truxton Trust’s growth and strategic direction. A graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School, Andrew brings a wealth of experience across multiple industries.

With over 35 years of experience in healthcare investment, Terry has worked across nearly every subsector of healthcare services. He has a proven track record of collaborating with management teams to build industry-leading companies and has served on the boards of numerous public and private healthcare organizations.

Frank Sheeder

Frank Sheeder is the Principal of The Sheeder Firm, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare litigation, compliance, and advocacy. He has advised a wide range of healthcare organizations, including health systems, hospitals, and academic medical centers. Frank has held leadership roles in healthcare compliance, including serving as President and Director of the Health Care Compliance Association and facilitating the Children’s Compliance Leaders network.
