Zeeshan is a dedicated therapist specializing in adolescent mental health within the PHP/IOP setting at BasePoint. He earned his Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University.
Zeeshan’s passion for mental health began in 2017 after exploring literature on the profound impact of mental well-being on daily life. Since then, he has been committed to implementing evidence-based therapeutic models to support adolescents on their mental health journeys. His approach focuses on helping teens develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster emotional growth.
Outside of his work, Zeeshan enjoys exploring national parks, camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
