Vanessa Pike serves as the Executive Director at BasePoint McKinney, bringing extensive experience across a wide range of behavioral health settings. Throughout her career, she has served as both a clinician and a leader in long term residential programs, acute inpatient facilities, forensic psychiatric care, PHP/IOP, and substance rehabilitation— supporting both adolescents and adults on their paths to recovery and growth. With a background in social work and trauma-informed care,
Vanessa is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence based support to individuals and their families. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Mississippi and has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and outdoor activities.
