Vanessa Pike, LMSW

Vanessa Pike, LMSW, serves as the Executive Director at BasePoint McKinney. She has extensive experience in behavioral health, working in residential and inpatient treatment settings, as well as substance rehabilitation, supporting both adolescents and young adults. With a background in social work and trauma-informed care, Vanessa is committed to providing compassionate support to individuals and their families. She has also worked within the criminal justice competency program, expanding her expertise in complex behavioral health needs.

Vanessa earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Mississippi. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, traveling, and being outdoors.
