Rebecca Kinkade, LPC

Assistant Clinical Director

Rebecca is an experienced mental health professional specializing in adolescent treatment, family support, and clinical program development. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
With a background spanning inpatient, PHP/IOP, community agency, and private practice settings, Rebecca has worked extensively with both adolescents and adults, integrating evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapy. She has a strong focus on family systems and parenting support, utilizing Circle of Security Parenting and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to strengthen parent-child relationships and promote healthy emotional development.
Passionate about guiding individuals and families toward healing, Rebecca is committed to creating safe, supportive spaces where clients can build resilience, develop coping skills, and reclaim their well-being.
