Reagan Borgman is a dynamic executive leader with a strong background in program development, organizational growth, and fiscal management. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Reagan has spent years building high-performing teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives in behavioral health and wellness.
Reagan has joined the leadership team for BasePoint serving the new Executive Director for the BasePoint Frisco clinic. Reagan previously served in previous leadership positions with experience in service expansion, developing training programs and optimizing resources to support client success.
Reagan’s leadership style aligns with BasePoint’s focus on servant leadership, with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and transparent communication, ensuring teams are motivated and organizations are positioned for long-term success.
When not leading organizational initiatives, Reagan enjoys volunteering, traveling, outdoor activities, and attending sporting events.
