Lisa Tibbets, LPC Associate, Supervised by Melodye Phillips, LPC-S, PMH-C, CEDS

Primary Therapist

Lisa is a primary therapist who brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based mental-health care. She has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed specialized training in culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices.
Lisa has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, completing comprehensive intake assessments, and developing person-centered treatment plans for adolescents and adults. She has also supported clinical programs through direct care coordination, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and crisis-response interventions.
In addition to clinical practice, Lisa has served in a behavioral-health training capacity, where she facilitated professional development in trauma-informed care, assessment procedures, documentation best practices, and patient-centered service delivery.
Lisa is passionate about empowering teens, young adults, and families through compassionate support, skill-building, and emotional healing — helping clients build resilience, cultivate confidence, and create pathways toward long-term well-being.
