Hope Windsor, LMSW

Hope Windsor, LCSW, serves as the Executive Director at BasePoint Forney. With over four years of experience in behavioral health, Hope has worked in various higher levels of care, including inpatient and PHP/IOP settings. Her journey began in September 2020 as a Social Worker at an inpatient hospital, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. As a leader, Hope is committed to creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff, focusing on collaboration and intentional efforts to ensure the best outcomes for the community.

Hope earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Texas Arlington, specializing in Mental Health and Substance Misuse. When she’s not working, Hope loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking through her neighborhood, enjoying a meal on a patio, or exploring new places.
