Dr. Malgorzata W. Witek

Dr. Malgorzata W. Witek is a double board certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience providing psychiatric care for adults and adolescents.

Throughout her career, Dr. Witek has specialized in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She has served in a variety of roles, including Medical Director and supervising physician for psychiatric NPs and other advanced practice providers.

Prior to joining BasePoint, Dr. Witek practiced with Geode Health in Keller, Texas, and previously served as a psychiatrist with Amen Clinics in Irving. She also has extensive experience leading outpatient psychiatric programs in New York, where she provided care for children, adolescents, and adults while overseeing multidisciplinary teams.

Dr. Witek completed her General Psychiatry residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the NYU School of Medicine. In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to psychiatric research, published peer-reviewed articles, and served as an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry.
