Becky Kartagener, LMSW, is a behavioral health executive with over 23 years of experience leading quality, compliance, and clinical operations across a variety of treatment settings—including residential centers, acute psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient programs. In her role as Vice President of Compliance at BasePoint, Becky ensures that all services are delivered with the highest standards of safety, integrity, and regulatory excellence.

She has also held national and divisional leadership roles with enterprise -level behavioral health organizations, where she supported compliance and accreditation for 15 facilities across the country. Her areas of expertise include Joint Commission and CARF readiness, HIPAA compliance, risk management, and the development of robust performance improvement systems that drive measurable outcomes.

Becky holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stony Brook University in New York. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and is widely respected for her ability to bridge clinical excellence with regulatory oversight in support of compassionate, evidence-based care.
