Roy’s leadership includes Behavioral Health Facility-Based and Free-Standing Home Health Agencies; Executive Leadership & Management; Mergers & Acquisitions; Executive Sales Management; Turn-around Management and Compliance & Regulatory issues. Roy has had three successful healthcare ventures in the Healthcare Services space at Jordan Health Services, a comprehensive Home Health provider as CEO & Partner and at Lakeview Health, a Nationally recognized Addiction treatment group of programs as President & CEO. In addition, Roy was an independent Board member of Castlewood, an eating disorder organization.
