With over 17 years of experience in managed care, health policy, and value-based care, Shara has held senior leadership roles, including Divisional Senior Vice President of Texas Health Care Delivery at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. She has led the development of healthcare provider networks serving millions of members. Beyond her professional work, she actively contributes to the community, serving on various boards, including the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
