Jessica is a seasoned financial leader with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and behavioral health organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Accounting (Audit concentration) from Southern Methodist University. She has held her Texas CPA license since 2008.

Throughout her career, Jessica has served in senior financial and operational roles across health systems, physician networks, and multi-site healthcare organizations. Her work has included leading financial operations, revenue cycle management, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational turnarounds in complex behavioral health and medical settings. She has also played an integral role in aligning finance with strategic growth plans, ensuring sustainability and improved patient access to care.

In addition to her professional work, Jessica has served as a board member for the North Texas Cancer Support Community, reflecting her commitment to advancing wellness and access to quality care for diverse populations
