Angie Scalf

Angie Scalf is a seasoned leader in behavioral health outreach and program development, currently serving as Director of Outreach for the BasePoint Outreach Team. Previously, Angie served as Director of Rockwall County Juvenile Services, where she developed prevention programs, secured funding for youth and family counseling, and collaborated with local schools and law enforcement to improve outcomes for at-risk youth. She holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Stephen F. Austin State University and is passionate about breaking barriers to care and strengthening community partnerships.

With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, she specializes in community engagement, partnership development, and expanding access to mental health services for youth. Since joining BasePoint in 2021, Angie has been instrumental in creating four new outreach verticals, connecting school districts, primary care providers, psychiatric professionals, and outpatient counseling services to BasePoint’s programs. Her strategic approach has significantly increased referrals and admissions, helping more teens access critical mental health care.
