Ginna is committed to supporting teens, parents, and families by fostering an empathetic therapeutic relationship and providing a safe, open space for growth. She believes that unprocessed emotions impact the mind, brain, and behavior, influencing all aspects of life. Through therapy, she helps individuals develop self-awareness and self-compassion, recognizing these as essential components for improving mental well-being and enhancing overall quality of life.

With experience in private practice counseling, Ginna has developed a deep understanding of various levels of care and is skilled in guiding patients and families through processing underlying challenges that contribute to outward symptoms. She is passionate about helping clients build emotional resilience and equipping them with practical tools for success.

Beyond her clinical role, Ginna is actively involved in BasePoint Forney’s Culture Committee as an event planner and regularly engages in intramural activities, including coaching youth volleyball and playing pickleball, reflecting her commitment to fostering community and well-being both inside and outside the therapy room.
