Roy is the Chairman & CEO of BasePoint Health Management and looks forward to expanding the current footprint of BasePoint across the DFW Metroplex and statewide.

Roy is a proven industry leader with over 35 years’ experience in Healthcare services in both Behavioral Health and Home Health managing and overseeing the annual revenue generation in excess of $250M & the treatment of 15,000+ patients daily.  Roy’s leadership includes Behavioral Health Facility-Based and Free-Standing Home Health Agencies; Executive Leadership & Management; Mergers & Acquisitions; Executive Sales Management; Turn-around Management and Compliance & Regulatory issues. Roy has had three successful healthcare ventures in the Healthcare Services space at Jordan Health Services, a comprehensive Home Health provider as CEO & Partner and at Lakeview Health, a Nationally recognized Addiction treatment group of programs as President & CEO.  In addition, Roy was an independent Board member of Castlewood, an eating disorder organization.

Roy’s leadership and passion for the Vision and Mission has been instrumental in the growth of BasePoint and in its future footprint.
