Lead Primary Therapist
Rachel is a dedicated clinical social worker specializing in adolescent and young adult mental health treatment. She holds a Master of Social Work from Texas A&M Commerce and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Texas.
Rachel has extensive experience conducting clinical assessments, individual and family therapy sessions, and psychoeducational groups for teens facing emotional and behavioral challenges. She takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach, working closely with parents, treatment teams, and community resources to align treatment expectations and promote long-term recovery.
With expertise in crisis intervention, discharge planning, and program development, Rachel also plays a leadership role in training new therapists, supervising interns, and enhancing treatment protocols. Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, she ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment for adolescents in need of intensive mental health care.
